India’s squad for three T20Is –
Virat Kohli (C), Rohit Sharma (VC), Shikhar Dhawan, KL Rahul, Shreyas Iyer, Manish Pandey, Rishabh Pant (WK), Krunal Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja, Washington Sundar, Rahul Chahar, Bhuvaneshwar Kumar, Khaleel Ahmed, Deepak Chahar, Navdeep Saini.
Some fresh faces are to be seen in this squad. India will be trying out every player possible to make a very strong squad for the two big ICC events in 2020 and 2021.
Virat Kohli still remains the captain of the team after a lot of speculation and few reported rifts between him and Rohit Sharma. Ravi Shastri, yes, still Indian Cricket Team’s Head Coach. Fans all over the country have questioned his team management and behavior as a Head Coach. Many believe he hasn’t really done anything and is only making bad and unnecessary decisions. Selectors and particularly fans will be keeping a close eye on the team performances and Ravi Shastri’s team management and decision making skills over the course of few upcoming series. Few more unpopular decisions and wrong results may end his time as the Head Coach of the team and we might also see change in captaincy.
India is ranked 5th in the ICC T20 team rankings. India has a lot of young world class players who are almost ready to make an impact on the international stage. Most of them have really established themselves in Indian Premier League. Likes of Rishabh Pant, Shreyas Iyer, Prithvi Shaw, Khaleel Ahmed, Deepak Chahar and many more. These players are some serious talents and should be looking to play for India regularly.
Indian Cricket Board still has time to build a team for next year’s T20 World Cup. Some new faces and young players could be given game time to show their capability.

With 3 days to go for the West indies Tour to start fans would be looking forward to a fresh and outstanding performances from the team. Cricket is back after the fantastic ICC ODI World Cup for Indian fans and it will be live on Sony Ten Network from 3 August 2019.
